Pieter understands the challenges clients face and with his strategic and pragmatic approach Pieter translates these challenges into viable business opportunities.

Michiel Verberg — Director Business Development

Together with Pieter, Michiel founded SoGeo and is the innovative entrepreneur of the bunch. In the past he founded two successful companies serving a variety of leading consumer brands. Michiel combines his track record in marketing, organizational and project management to develop new, creative business opportunities. In plain language he’ll explain how to use the next generation internet and mobile web technologies and what they can do for you.

Ben van Dongen - Non-Executive Board Member

Ben is a serial entrepreneur with 25 years global experience in the IT, telecoms and Internet industry. His work led to the transformation of, amongst others, the telecoms industry with the introduction of Wi-Fi as a consumer access service.

Ben prefers to mix and leverage his network, knowledge and experience over multiple companies and seeing these companies grow into the world. His work as one of the partners of BlueBubbleLab provides the relevant mix, leverage and international setting.

Anna Hogrebe — PR Manager

Anna joined SoGeo to discover a new world, after having worked in public relations in the publishing world for five years. A wordsmith, lover of the written language, and avid reader of op-ed columns, Anna responds to journalists’ requests and tells SoGeo’s story through various channels.

Lara Wilkens — Project Manager

With an international background and over six years of experience in communication related roles ranging from PR to Communications Design, Lara will keep an eye on product implementation and make sure all clients are happy. Being new to the industry gives Lara the opportunity to have a fresh look at all the different projects happening simultaneously. In addition to being obsessed with music, this energetic Dutch-American also loves sneakers, snowboarding and sushi.

Arthur Langereis — Backbone Builder

Programming since age 5, Arthur has worked with numerous programming languages, algorithms and development methodologies. He is specialized in systems architecture and engine development on the web and native platforms. With his love for design and quality he always aims to combine form and function to create what he calls pragmatic beauty.

Bora Celik — Director Product Development

A strong supporter of innovative attitude, creative thinking and exceptional design, Bora brings 14 years of software development experience to the team from various startups and large scale enterprise environments. Well versed in multidisciplinary technology approaches, Bora leads the SoGeo product team using Lean/Agile product development methodologies. He is a music snob, an insane optimist and he loves lots of white space.

Travis Dunn — Platform Engineer

Travis is Sogeo’s seasoned platform engineer responsible for developing SoGeo’s platform backend server architecture. Travis uses his ten year software engineering expertise in web development, software services and rich interface design to the ongoing fight of subjugating the open web, social networking, GIS grids, and decentralized systems beneath the rule of elegant code. And the other half of the time he spends on research and prototyping.

Bryan Graves — Mobile Application Developer

Bryan is SoGeo’s mobile application developer who creates SoGeo’s On the go solutions for mobile phones. With over ten years experience in developing software ranging from biometrics, enterprise sized applications and iPhone apps Bryan breathes life into SoGeo’s designs and platform development through the creation of device front end software.
